I know, this is quite a shocking question to ask, but it’s definitely one that’s been keeping my mind occupied over the last few days.
What the hell am I talking about?
Valid question. The short answer: Lupus. You may think I am talking about a wolf.
No. That is Canis Lupus, an entirely different animal. Literally! 😉
According to the Mayo Clinic,
Lupus is a systemic autoimmune disease that occurs when your body’s immune system attacks your own tissues and organs. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems — including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs.
So far I’m still alive, not to worry, and I’m enjoying it as much as I can. Working from home is a naturist’s blessing!
What my problem might be…
This here thing to the left, however, is listed as one of the possible inducers of lupus. Sunlight. Some people get their (lupus) kicks on Route 66, but some just seem to need sunlight for that. Photo-sensitivity, as the simple word for that goes.
I don’t know if I fall in that category. I actually have no clue what does trigger …
