- 1 accommodation with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen + storeroom equipped with a gas oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, a steam iron, and a Satellite TV + DVD/Video.
- 1 accommodation with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room and a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine a steam iron, and a Satellite TV + DVD/Video.
The house also includes a separated bedroom en-suite (room + complete bathroom).
The outdoor equipment consists of:
- A closed garage of 4 places,
- A large summer dining room (70 sqm) equipped with a barbecue, a baker's oven, a mobile stove, and a built-in bar with a sink.
- A spacious garden of mature palm, lemon and olive trees surround the private 7 x 11 m. swimming pool (depth 2.10 to 1.30 m.). The patio area is furnished with sun lounges, patio chairs and a table.
- A bathroom with shower / W.C.

The summer dining room, garden and pool area are not overlooked, which allows complete privacy.
