North Florida

Judy and I are long-time naturists currently living naked on our private, wooded homesite here in decidedly red-state north Florida.

We must keep a low profile --the cultural backwaters-- but we have the necessary visual privacy.

Eleven miles from the nearest small, rural town of Madison,we have roughly one acre cleared on our 25-acre heavily wooded property. It is surrounded by another 25-acre, and three 80- to 100-acre SINGLE-FAMILY wooded properties. So, in essence, we (and you,if you visit) have the luxury of being down (1/2 mile from the dirt road access; locked gate for security) in several hundred acres of north Florida woods (oaks and pines), mostly too thick to do much walking, unfortunately.

Above,I said "modest." Very modest: a single wide one-bedroom, one bath mobile home. BUT: lots of little tent-camping niches (if you're into "primitive" tenting, all the better) and room enough for ONE van/RV (no hook ups, sorry). When we have visitors, we often use our tent to sleep outside and let non-camping types use our bedroom.
That's why tent-campers work out best.

In sum: we can accommodate ONE couple at a time --no kids or pets-- for a very nominal "love offering" (i.e., we are not in the "resort" business). Best times: spring and fall (summers are hot and buggy; the 3-month winter is COLD !)

Spring is always best because:
1. the dogwoods, plum trees and citrus trees are in bloom;
2. it is before the storm season (not to worry, though: so far, over the last 13 1/2 yrs., hurricanes and tornadoes have by-passed us).

For maximum congeniality: we are VEGAN, politically liberal, secular, organic gardeners. DEFINITELY no boozing, smoking or drugs.

To re-state the obvious: there simply are no amenities of worth.* But this might be a relaxing stop on your way to nudist resorts downstate (Hudson, Kissimmee, Pierson, etc.) or over in the Pandhandle (there's a nice one above Panama City, up near the Alabama border). We are located an hour east of Tallahassee, where there is the nearest full-service organic grocery and deli.

So why do we offer this? Simply put, we are retirees on fixed income, don't travel (or do much of anything else), and are culturally isolated. We'd just love to enjoy a few days of conversation with some like-minded folks. Especially with a couple who DOES travel(we're thinking about it).

____
*Actually, there are TWO amentities of worth (all clothed, of course):
1. a local organic herb farm, and
2. In the summer and fall,a lovely little organic vineyard and winery, about 40 minutes west. We U-pick grapes, AUG-SEP,
persimmons, OCT-NOV, and citrus, NOV-DEC.

No computer, sorry (I'm on the library one). Just give us a buzz and we'll gladly return your call on our nickel (we have unlimited long distance service) at: 850 973-3351.
