child nudity

hi there,

ive recently come across a few sites which show kids as young as 10 or even younger pose nude on websites.

does it come under child porn.

will i be punished if caught watching these websites.

plz reply, ta.

It depends, how children are pictured. When they are playing around, reading or eating with their parents, this is quite natural. Pornography means, they are sexually exposed. You will not find any pictures of this kind on nudist or clothing optional websites.

Children promoting nudism - it's all down to intent.

I believe that nudism is a philosophy of life that anyone of any age can promote and endorse in theory. In practice, however, it's not as simple as it sounds. Whilst the imagery on sites like Purenudism and E-nature is innocent enough, who knows what could be going through the minds of some screwed up people who try to read into what is not there and was never the intent in the first place?
Yes there are some messed up people who buy nudist videos featuring young kids, not because they want to become nudists themselves but because they are after onanistic pleasures and see nudism as a gateway for that. I think this sort of behaviour is reprehensible, and I think that whoever makes these videos should only depict children in them if adults are present with them. Videos of kids only is definitely playing into the hands of the wrong types.
