Many people enjoy clothing-optional recreation
A designated clothing-optional recreation area is an area, usually on public lands, where users are at liberty to be nude without fear of legal prosecution or official harassment.
Nude swimming, sunbathing, camping and hiking are common examples of clothing-optional recreational activities. Clothing-optional recreation is enjoyed by many people from all walks of life and the enjoyment of it does not require membership in any movement or lifestyle or a subscription to any philosophy.
This site advocates the designation of additional portions of federally managed beaches and wilderness areas for clothing-optional recreation use. Please see the About page for the complete story.
